What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Although this differs from venue to venue, we here at Amadeus recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment is booked to start. This will allow proper check in with our reception (new client’s will be asked to provide some general information) and certain appointments may require you to fill out some very brief consumer paperwork prior to your service. By arriving slightly early you can be sure not to interfere with your scheduled appointment time. Clients will then be cashed out and, if desired, rebooked at the conclusion of their appointment.
What can I expect during my service or treatment?
Most of our spa treatments will start with a brief to in depth consultation with your therapist or service provider that may explain what the service is about, techniques and procedures, or if there are any particular areas or concerns you want them to focus on. Once this is out of the way, your service provider will step out of the room and give you a few minutes to undress and get comfortable on the table, while they excuse themselves to freshly wash and sanitize their hands before returning to begin your service. Customers may need to disrobe to different extents depending on their service being received;
however, we will never ask a client to disrobe beyond their comfort level. Rest assured our providers demonstrate careful attention to keeping your body draped outside of the area in which they are working.
What kind of treatments can I schedule?
Amadeus offers a vast variety of services and you can choose between massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, natural nail services, and more. For massages, the most popular choices are relaxation massage and deep tissue massage, each with different intensity levels. Facials have a really wide range of options, but they all include some degree of cleansing, manual exfoliation, and moisturizing. For body treatments, our body scrub seems to be our most popular selection. If you are unsure simply ask our receptionists and they will be glad to make a recommendation.
